Description of goods/products

Each advertisement, description or picture and products sent by courier or showroom are presented under an informative title and as close as possible to the product. They cannot be considered 100% standard as the products to be delivered are made of natural stone and variations in colour, texture, marking, size between batches of stone or the like are normal in respect of these products and variations cannot be directly controlled by the Seller or its Suppliers.

According to the type of product, the Buyer expressly declares that it has been informed and accepts the following:  

All descriptions, pictures and samples sent by courier or showroom, give an approximate information and presentation of the product

The Seller is obliged to replace broken or damaged products exceeding 5%, if the damage is attributable to the Seller.

As the products are natural, there are geological variations between lots in terms of colour, markings, texture, size;

 all types of natural stone are to a certain extent porous and must be waterproofed according to the framing;

Prices

Prices shown do not include VAT, this is added when ordering online. 

The seller reserves the right to change the prices displayed on the website, and is not obliged to give prior notice of its intention to change them. However, the Seller shall under no circumstances change the prices of an active order for which an advance has been received from the Buyer.

If the price of products ordered but for which no advance has been received from the Buyer changes, the Seller shall send a notification informing the Buyer, who shall have the option of withdrawing by sending a notice to the Seller within 48 hours of receipt of the notification of the price change.
